TELZENITH

Server Rules

The following rules apply to the Telzenith server environment, which aims to foster an inclusive community where all players can find something to enjoy. For community-wide policies across the network, please refer to the Xeriscape Guidelines.
A mirror of these rules is also available in the server documentation as a backup.

01 Player Conduct

Respect & Stability

Respect the server and your fellow players. This includes treating others with courtesy, avoiding harassment, and refraining from any conduct that would create a hostile or unpleasant environment. We expect all members to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and maturity.

Fraud & Deception

Scamming other players out of their items, currency, or progress is not permitted. This includes fraudulent trades, "betting" schemes without payout, or using social engineering to steal assets.

Telzenith is a community, not an anarchy environment.

• No Trade Scams • No Trust Trapping • No Deceptive Auctions

Server Integrity

Players should not make a deliberate effort to damage the server's stability, infrastructure, or performance, nor intentionally hinder the legitimate gameplay experience of others. Any attempt to degrade the network services will be met with immediate administrative action.

02 Automation & Exploits
Gameplay Automation

Forbidden Modifications

Players are strictly forbidden from automating gameplay through any means, including the use of client-side automation tools such as Baritone. This includes bypassing the server's idle timeout mechanism, whether the method is built into the game or relies on a modification.

Redstone Systems

Redstone Requirements

All Redstone machines, clocks, and timers must be constructed with a switch or a means to return the machine to an inactive state when not in use.

Exploitation

Bugs & Dupe Exploits

Exploiting server, Minecraft, or plugin bugs for personal gain or resource duplication is forbidden. Report bugs immediately.

03 Protection & Combat

Land Protection

Players are encouraged to create claims to protect their builds. Griefing within claims and server regions is strictly prohibited.

90-Day Expiry Policy

Claims expire after 90 days of inactivity. Structures will not revert but become vulnerable to looting/griefing.

PvP Framework

Telzenith operates within a PvEvP framework. Enabling PvP through /pvp is voluntary decision; You assume all risk.

Death Mechanics

Dropped items are claimable. While returning items is not required, scamming someone into a PvP engagement is prohibited.

04 Trapping & Soft-locking

Gameplay Exploitation

Refrain from creating traps or using gameplay mechanics to soft-lock other players, making it impossible for them to escape without staff assistance.

Portal Traps

Surrounding portals in blocks that prevent exit, chat interaction, or lead to immediate death (suffocation, poison, wither effect).

Respawn & TPA

Bed trapping players for immediate death after respawn, or using /tpa requests to lure and kill players.

05 Economy & Alt Accounts

Alternate Accounts

Permitted

Multiple accounts from the same network are handled case-by-case. Notify staff if they are separate players or alts. Alts may not be used to boost your primary account's progress or bypass server limitations.

Staff Recognition Policy

Your primary account is the one staff recognizes for all official interactions. For players utilizing alts, please be aware that punishments apply network-wide—actions taken against an alt will affect your primary account and vice versa.

No mob spawn boosting No economy/bank alts No ender chest storages No punishment evasion

RWT Prohibition

Trading real-world currency or external goods for in-game items, currency, player accounts, or any digital assets is strictly prohibited.

In-Game Services

Unmediated

Players may provide compensation for services (e.g., map art, building, redstone engineering). Staff do not mediate these private contracts.

Legal Compliance

Players are forbidden from engaging in any activity that violates Mojang's Terms and Conditions or the Minecraft EULA. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that risk jeopardizing the server's legal standing or community safety.
